AUSTRALIA: FLAT RATE $9.95 or FREE for ORDERS OVER $50
Nationwide tracked courier including, but not limited to, Australia Post, Couriers Please, Aramex & FedEx is $9.95 AUD for all orders under $50.00 AUD.
Orders exceeding $50.00 AUD are FREE - conditions apply*

All orders will be sent with AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL), unless the address is a unit, apartment or building complex.
An order addressed to a unit, apartment or building complex will be sent SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED or AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL) can be requested by the customer when ordering / prior to order dispatch.
FREE PICK-UP from our office in Thornbury VIC or Cambridge TAS by arrangement.
NEW ZEALAND: FLAT RATE $15.00 or FREE for ORDERS OVER $75
International Express Merchandise with Australia Post to New Zealand is $18.00 AUD for all orders under $75 AUD.

Inside New Zealand delivery will be managed by New Zealand Post or their respective courier.
All orders will be sent with tracking and SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
SAFE DROP can be requested by the customer prior to dispatch.
NZ GST will be applied to the order and paid to the New Zealand government by us. (IRD 130-086-217) No further duties or taxes will be payable.
SOUTH KOREA: PRICE BY WEIGHT
International tracked courier charged at $10.00 AUD per kilo. Shipping price will be calculated at check out.
Your Personal Customs Clearance number will need to be supplied when ordering in the order NOTES. A follow up email requesting this number will be sent if not supplied when ordering. Order dispatch can only occur once the Customs Clearance Number is received. All import duties and/ or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

NOTE:
It is the responsibility of the customer when ordering to ensure that the correct address is given when placing an order. A
confirmation email will be sent confirming the order details including the address supplied. Any errors should be advised immediately. Prior to dispatch we will update the address details. After dispatch we will endeavour to update the courier, however this cannot be guaranteed. Any costs incurred for an incorrectly supplied address will be the responsibility of the customer. This may include, but is not limited to, a RETURN TO SENDER (RTS) charge and/ or a redelivery fee.
How long will shipping take?
AUSTRALIA:
Our processing time is normally 1-2 business day from the day of the order.
Once dispatched with the courier, parcels take between 2-5 business days for metro areas and between 5-10 days for country / outback regions.
NEW ZEALAND:
Our processing time is normally 1-2 business day from the day of the order.
Once dispatched with Australia Post, parcels take between 5-7 business days for metro areas and between 7-10 days for areas classed as RD (REMOTE DELIVERY).
SOUTH KOREA:
Our processing time is normally 1-3 business day from the day of the order.
Dispatch from Australia will be on Friday of each week.
Once with the courier it will take between 7-10 business days for delivery to metro areas and 10-12 for non-metro.
